Meet Kellie Byrne – Founder /Managing Director

My background as a Talent Acquisition Director for FTSE 100 companies and leading Executive level appointments, has provided me with a solid foundation for understanding the best in class business systems and selection processes.

Why My Talent Hub? Through partnering with Search firms, it gave me a deep understanding of what good and not so good looked like from a client perspective. As a business, we needed a partner to really dig deep to understand what sits behind the complexities of a senior role: the how, why, why nots, impact, disruptions, values, culture and help us with our thinking. This was the beginning of my desire to create My Talent Hub, to help organisations with the root of their senior-level talent challenges and to create a solution by connecting them with their new leader. I find it fascinating that as our world gets more complex with technological breakthroughs, the demand for great leaders and people is at an all time high.
